We finally took the kids on the train at the zoo...Ben was very serious and quiet the whole ride.

wild animals-inside and out

We took the kids to the Natural Bridge Caverns Wildlife Ranch to feed the animals. The kids seem to have no fear of feeding them until the ostriches and emus came. And apparently a mean goat butted Brooke in the petting zoo.

back at the hotel

We decided to order pizza by the pool at the hotel rather than attempt to corral all the kids in the car and go to dinner. As you can see, even the big kids thought it was fun.

the adventure continues...

Being in a very crowded area with 3 kids all between the ages of 2-3 was trying at times, but the kids had a great time. They got to feed dolphins, ride rides and see all kinds of animals. Brooke loved the Shamu show the best. When the show was over she told me that she wanted to be a Shamu trainer. Reagan loved to read the "treasure" map and directed us where to go. By the end of the day, both the kids and adults very tired and ready to go.

Sea World Adventure

The beginning of the day...before meltdowns, sweating, tired children. As you see we are all smiling and ready to start the day. We should have taken a pic at the end of the day to show the difference.

He's not a tiger Daddy

Brooke was watching golf with Joe today and he was telling her that she was watching Tiger Woods play golf. She kept telling him "He's not a tiger Daddy". Then she was asking him where the lion was.

I don't like ring around the rosey

Hannah did ring around the rosey to dunk the kids under the water and although neither of the kids like going under, Brooke really hated it and was a little afraid to get back in the water.

swim like a bird?

We started swim lessons this week and Brooke loves her teacher Hannah. She is still learning her expressions and today she got a little confused. She told me after her swim lessons that she could swim like a bird.

just like in the bathtub

The only way that I could get my little princess to touch the shaving cream was to tell her it was just like the foam in the bathtub. Then she decided that she would wash her arms with it. When she was trying to shake it off of her hands, one tiny little piece got caught in her hair and she was trying to
look at it.

snow cone anyone?

Since my daughter is such the neat freak, we opted for the yellow snow cone. She was trying to show me the color of her tongue, like she has seen so many times on Reagan's blog. Guess no one told her that yellow doesn't change the color of your tongue.

bubbles, bubbles everywhere

We went the the Summer Fun Day in Wendy's neighborhood and they had giant buckets full of bubbles and huge wands. It was so windy that the kids just had to stand there and let the wind blow the bubbles around.

I can do it

Brooke got this tricycle for Christmas and she has finally gotten the hang of it. She wants to ride her tricycle all time now that she can pedal by herself.
