First sleepover

The kids spent the day at Wendy's yesterday and when we left Ben came home with us to have his first sleepover. They have been practicing a lot lately. They loved wearing their matching pjs. They slept all night and I only heard them giggling for about a 1/2 hour before they went to sleep at 8pm.

Ben was over today and it got really quiet so I went to look for the two of them. I found them both laying in Jack's crib pretending to sleep.

Jack is really starting to get around the house and he is beginning to stand while holding onto something. Soon I won't be able to stop him from getting into everything.

the not so itsy bitsy spider

Jack was at gymboree and the theme was nursery rhymes. A lot of the other kids were scared of the spider, but Jack loved it.

Jack's first haircut

Jack did great, though he didn't want to sit still. Try to imagine cutting the hair of an 8 month old while he is bouncing up and down. It was fun :) Joe will be happy, since he has been telling me that Jack looks like a long haired hippy.

what a difference a year makes

Brooke and Ben have started swim lessons again and they are both doing great. First thing the instructor had them do was go under. No crying or screaming this year.
